So we all gathered together and made them this Minecraft cake. (no flaming arrows)

Building a Rails application from scratch on Ubuntu 10.04

already installed ruby, via apt-get, and have mysql running,

Trying to get mysql running now.

Been a couple of years, I suppose I will have to start actually posting once again.

Ruby talking to SQL Server on Unix / Mac

Posted my HOW-To on connecting Ruby to SQL Server for Unix.

Last I checked it didn’t work with Mac 10.5, but otherwise seems to work fine.
